1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 0k99 platform ("Platform", "Site") and the user ("you", "member"). These Terms apply to 0k99's website, mobile version, and other digital platforms.

3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Sharing this information with anyone or allowing a third party to use your account is prohibited.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

The accepted methods for depositing funds at 0k99 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. No other methods are currently accepted. The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳500.

When making a deposit, ensure you are transacting from a mobile banking account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and such transactions may be returned.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount across all methods is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10–45 minutes. Your account must be fully verified for a withdrawal to be completed successfully.

• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Winnings from bonuses must meet wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Withdrawal requests may be held for review if suspicious activity is suspected.
• Additional verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on 0k99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will give you a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳3,000. Depositing ৳6,000 or more will earn you the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳11,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement must be met to withdraw the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = you must place ৳50,000 in bets before winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
• Any applicable promo code must be activated at the time of deposit to receive the bonus.
• The bonus is only usable in the account of the player who received it — it is not transferable.
• No bonus can be withdrawn directly as cash — only winnings earned after meeting wagering requirements are withdrawable.
• 0k99 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Guarantee

0k99 uses Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair play. Every game outcome is completely impartial and not predetermined. There is no way to manipulate game results.

6.2 Betting Rules

Each game has specific betting limits. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. If a game is left incomplete due to a technical issue, 0k99 may cancel the relevant round and refund the bet amount.

6.3 Sports Betting

For cricket and other sports betting, the official match result will be considered final. If a match is abandoned or postponed, a decision will be made in accordance with 0k99's rules. 0k99 reserves the right to void any suspicious or fraudulent bets.

6.4 Live Gaming

In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final. If the connection is lost, the game result remains saved on the server. If a technical error occurs during a game, notify the support team immediately.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 0k99 platform. Violating these rules may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds:

• Creating multiple accounts or using someone else's account.
• Bonus abuse or attempting to collect bonuses through fraudulent means.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games.
• Using the platform for money laundering or as a source of illegal funds.
• Attempting to hack the platform's systems or exploit vulnerabilities.
• Making transactions using a third party's account or payment method.
• Threatening, harassing, or defrauding other members.
• Playing games on behalf of a person under 21 years of age.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Closure at the User's Request

You may request to close your account at any time. Please withdraw your balance before making the request. Once the account is closed, it will no longer be possible to log in using those credentials.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by 0k99

0k99 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a breach of the Terms is found.
• If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
• If identity verification fails or false information has been provided.
• If money laundering is suspected.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period.

If an account is closed for a legitimate reason, the balance will be returned where applicable. However, if closure is due to a breach of the Terms, deposited funds may be forfeited.

9 Limitation of Liability

Gaming on the 0k99 platform carries financial risk. You acknowledge that you are playing with full awareness of this risk. 0k99 will not be liable in the following circumstances:

• Games lost due to an internet disconnection.
• Losses caused by technical issues on your device.
• Financial losses or debts arising from gaming.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized third-party access (if you have been negligent in protecting your information).
• Losses caused by unexpected technical failures or service disruption due to natural disasters.

In any circumstance, 0k99's maximum liability will be limited to the amount of the specific disputed transaction.
